Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WealthPop (the “Service”), operated by Michael Reynolds LLC dba WealthPop (“WealthPop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

WealthPop generates social media content (images and captions) for financial advisors based on your firm’s website and, optionally, themes derived from a connected email account. The Service is a content-creation tool only.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a firm, you represent that you are authorized to bind that firm to these Terms. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Your website and content

When you submit a website URL, you represent that you have the right to do so and that we may fetch its public pages to build your brand profile. You retain all rights to your own brand materials. Subject to the terms of our AI providers, you own the captions and images you generate and are responsible for how you use them. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your inputs and deliver the Service.

AI-generated content; no professional advice

Content produced by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and marketing purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or compliance advice, and it is not reviewed or approved by any regulator. WealthPop is not your investment adviser, broker-dealer, attorney, or compliance provider.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing it, including for accuracy and for compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you (such as the SEC Marketing Rule and FINRA rules). While the Service is designed to avoid performance promises, specific recommendations, and client claims, we do not warrant that any output is accurate or compliant.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
• Submit websites or content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content.

Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, and Resend. We are not responsible for third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthPop and Michael Reynolds LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or regulatory penalties, arising from your use of the Service or any generated content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WealthPop and Michael Reynolds LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, your publication of generated content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@wealthpop.app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Indiana.
